7 DAY DANIEL/WESLEY FASTS

The Leeward Islands District ‘Beginning of the New Church Year '7 Day Daniel/Wesley Fasts', concludes today, Sunday, 11 September, 2022.


We trust that participants found the time meaningful in drawing closer to God in Christ and seeking His divine will for our lives and His Church.

NOMINATIONS – CIRCUIT MCCA WOMEN

Nominations for the executive body of the St. Kitts Circuit MCCA Women Commission is now open. Please pick up a copy of the “guidelines for conducting elections” and a nomination form from the Circuit Office or ask your women group leader to secure one for you. All Methodist women (18 years and older) are eligible for nomination, but each nominee must show dedicated interest in women's work.


All nomination forms must be received in a sealed envelope at the Circuit office by September 14th, 2022 for the attention of Rev. Stacia Williams-Christmas.



TAKE-AWAY BREAKFAST

The Phipps Memorial Methodist Church will be hosting a Take-Away Breakfast on Friday 16th September 2022 from 7:00 am at the church grounds. Tickets are available from the members of the Women's Group. Proceeds in aid of its Building Fund. Come and support this event."


The Methodist Inspirational Leaders (Ebenezer) will hosting a Take-Away Breakfast on Friday 16th September 2022 from 6:30 am – 9:00 am at the church grounds.



NATIONAL INDEPENDENCE ANNIVERSARY SERVICE

An Ecumenical State Service marking the 39th Anniversary of Independence for St. Christopher and Nevis will be held on Sunday, 18 September, 2022 at the Antioch Baptist Church, Lime Kiln, commencing at 4:00 pm. Independence Anniversary celebrations are being held under the theme, “Refocus, Re-Create, Redesign: Independence 39”.


NATIONAL DRESS

In celebration of the 39th Anniversary of Independence, members are encouraged to dress in national colours or the national dress for worship services next Sunday, 18 September, 2022.



MINISTERS WHO SERVED THE ST. KITTS CIRCUIT

A document listing the ministers who served the St, Kitts Circuit, 1787-2021 is posted on the Circuit’s website. The document, in part, serves to give some historical information of those who laboured in this part of God’s Vineyard. The document is a work in progress and can be found under the tab “Our Church”, sub tab, “Spiritual Leaders & Staff”.

The Harmony Christian Bookstore has a wide variety of study materials and other Christian literature and is opened daily, Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or call us at 466-1215.
