MONITOR 2021 HURRICANE SEASON & COVID-19
Please continue to monitor information supplied by the Government Met Office, the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA), and the National Emergency Operation Center (NEOC) as we continue to be vigilant regarding the hurricane season and the COVID-19 Pandemic.
ASSISTANCE IN TIMES OF TROUBLE AND NEED
You may know of persons who are in need during this time of crisis, especially some who are quarantined and in dire need of essential supplies;let us, through the CARE Fund stewards, in the true spirit of the Christian Community, demonstrate love and compassion by assisting where necessary.

CONGRATULATIONS AND CELEBRATIONS

We also extend congratulations and best wishes to Warrant Officer Vikell Edwards-Douglas (Immanuel) on his recent selection to represent the Boys’ Brigade Eastern-Southern Caribbean Region at the Global Fellowship Conference COP26 on Climate Change. This will be held in Glasgow, UK, 31 October-12 November, 2021.

PINK WALK 2021
October is commemorated worldwide as Breast Cancer Awareness Month—and the Essence of Hope Breast Cancer Foundation is happy to announce their 13th Annual PINK WALK which will be held on Saturday, October 30, 2021. This fun, family-friendly event will start at the Lime Kiln Parking Lot (opposite Best Buy Supermarket), Basseterre at 5:30 a.m. and end at the Frigate Bay Lawn. COVID-19 Protocols will be strictly observed...please be guided accordingly.
