2022 HURRICANE SEASON

All are encouraged to continue to monitor local storm information as issued by the Government Met Office or the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA).



ARRIVAL AND USE OF ENVELOPES

Kindly note that the weekly envelopes for the year 2022-2023 are now available. Monthly envelopes are also available at the Circuit Office. Please check with your congregational stewards or class leader. Members are encouraged to utilize the special envelopes earmarked for the different celebrations or causes. Note that the envelope for the School should be returned by the end of November 2022.



OPEN AIR SERVICE

The congregations in Zone 2 (Immanuel, Phipps Memorial, Ebenezer and Challengers) will be hosting its quarterly Open-Air Service this evening at the grounds of the Ebenezer Church, Old Road starting at 6:00 pm. The preacher will be Rev’d Spencer Watts, Superintendent of the Wesleyan Holiness Churches. Come and be blessed!



MCCA MEN CIRCUIT MEETING

The MCCA Men’s Commission is calling all Methodist Men (18 years and older) to a Meeting on Tuesday, 8th November 2022 at the St. Johnston Methodist Church starting at 5:00 pm. Please make a very special effort to be present and punctual.

The MCCA Men's Commission invites you to an Evening of Carols and Tree Lighting at the Green Tree Housing Lawn on Sunday, 4th December 2022 at 6:00 pm. More details to follow.


WESLEY BAZAAR - SAVE THE DATE

No, it is not “fake news”, it is back. The date for the Wesley Bazaar is Saturday, 26 November starting at 11:00 am. It’s an all-day affair so you can have lunch – Saltfish & Johnnycakes, Black Pudding, Goat Water, Souse, Rice & Greens and much more, then you can have your Tea at 4:00 pm and end the day with Supper at 6:00 pm. There would also be games for the children, lucky dips, drinks, and Bar-B-Q. Get your Christmas Gifts from our variety stall. So, keep the date open and come and let us fellowship in style.
