VOLCANO IMMEDIATE RELIEF APPEAL- ST KITTS CIRCUIT
We are grateful for the overwhelming support given so far. Unfortunately, NEMA took a decision not to ship any further items after the second week, which coincided with our initiation of collection. We have been informed that CDEMA is currently carrying out an assessment due to a “pile up” of goods on the receiving end that have not been distributed. We also understand that persons were allowed to return to their homes to engage in clean up exercises, hence, the advice that we hold off on sending any further items. Notwithstanding, members can continue to respond through monetary donations that can be made directly to the Church office or deposited at St. Kitts-Nevis-Anguilla National Bank Ltd – Account Number 25986; Account Name: Methodist Church - St. Kitts Circuit. If deposited to the bank, please indicate same to the Office. Again, we thank you for your generosity and ask that you continue to keep the Government and People of St. Vincent and the Grenadines in your prayers.
