ZONAL OPEN-AIR SERVICE
The congregations of Zone 2 (Immanuel, Phipps Memorial, Ebenezer, Challengers) will be hosting their quarterly Open-Air Service today, Sunday, 29 January 2023 at Green Acres Housing Project, Half Way Tree starting at 6:00 pm. All are invited.
Directions: Travelling westward (from Basseterre end), take the right turn onto the dirt road on the immediate right coming out of Godwin Ghaut. Travelling eastward (from Sandy Point end) take the last left turn in Half Way Tree at the shop just prior to entering Godwin Ghaut. Once on the dirt road, take the second left turn and keep straight ahead until the last light blue house on the left.
RESUMPTION OF STEELPAN PRACTICES
The Circuit Steelpan Band practices resumed on Saturday, 14 January 2023, at the Ebenezer Methodist Church Hall/Rev. Althea Jacobs Center. Persons are encouraged to sign up through the remainder of the month of January as there is room for more. It is the aim to have practices on an additional day as well. “Let all the instruments praise the Lord!”
CIRCUIT REVIVAL SERVICES – postponement
Unfortunately, the week of Circuit Revival Services has been postponed until further notice. Preparatory activities for these services will continue.
You are encouraged to participate fully as we make ourselves available for a fresh move of God in our lives.
IMMANULYPSO 2023
The Immanuel congregation is inviting persons interested in participating in this year’s Immanuel Calypso Competition (Immanulypso), slated for Friday, 24 February 2023, to call and register. Registration closes on January 31. The numbers to call are 663-7850 or 766-6997.
METHODIST MEDIA TEAM TRAINING SESSION
The Methodist Media Team will be hosting a media training session for persons interested in joining the media team, on Saturday, 4 March2023 at 9:00 am at the Wesley Methodist Church Hall (Old Boy's School). Persons interested in all aspects of media are encouraged to attend, this includes, videography, photography, audio, technical etc. Members of all ages are encouraged to come out and develop a new skill.
