PRAYER & FAST
Members are reminded and encouraged to participate in the Prayer and
Fast every Friday during the Season of Lent ending at 3:00 p.m. or sunset on Good Friday. Those using the Wesley Fast will begin on the Thursday prior at sunset and will end at 3:00 p.m. or at sunset on the Friday. Members who will be doing the Daniel Fast, instead, will begin on the Friday morning and end at 3:00 p.m. or sunset on the same day.Please pray every hour on the hour for five minutes or longer for different concerns.
WORLD DAY OF PRAYER 2021
Considering present circumstances there will be no in person zonal services this year. However, members are encouraged to remember in prayer, throughout the day, the people of Vanuatu, especially the women and girls. The women of Vanuatu were responsible for writing the Service for this year under the theme, “Build a Strong Foundation” based on Matthew 7:24-27. Vanuatu was struck by a cyclone last year.
MCCA MEN’S WEEK OF ACTIVITIES
The St. Kitts Circuit Men’s Commission will be having a week of activities surrounding the observance of MCCA Men Lord’s Day (the last Sunday of each year in the month of February) under the theme: “Trusting God in Difficult Times: Transforming Obstacles into Opportunities.” The activities continue as follows:
Sunday, 28th February- MCCA Men Lord’s Day: (Men leading worship in all eleven (11) congregations across the Circuit.)
A special offering towards men’s work in the District will be taken.

Finishing Point: Immanuel Methodist Church Hall, Crab Hill, Sandy Point

CIRCUIT MCCA WOMEN’S COMMISSION MEETING
There will be a meeting of the MCCA Women Commission St. Kitts Circuit
on Tuesday, 2nd March, 2021at the Wesley Church Hall (Old Boy’s School), Seaton Street,Basseterre starting at 5:00 p.m.Each Women's Group (with a representation of two (2) members) and any
interested female member (18 years and older) of the congregation are invited.

SKCC LENTEN SERVICES
The St. Kitts Christian Council (SKCC) Midday Lenten Services continue this coming Wednesday, 03 March, 2021, under the general theme "The Cross of Jesus Christ." The Service this week and for the rest of the Lenten Series will be carried via ZIZ TV and MRN, from 12:15 p.m. to 12:45 p.m. The Methodist Communion will lead this week’s Service, the sub-theme for which will be "Take Up Your Cross." All are invited to tune in.
LENTEN TEACHING SESSIONS
The Lenten Teaching Sessions have been postponed for this year and will take a different format post-Easter. Further details will be given in subsequent announcements. Meanwhile, members are encouraged to join the various sessions organized by the various circuits/congregations/districts including those of the South Caribbean District. Their next session is Wednesday, 03 March, 2021 at 6:00 pm exploring the topic, “Managing Anger God’s Way” (via ZOOM ID: 811 1033 2888).

CONDOLENCES AND THANKSGIVING SERVICES
We extend condolences to the family of the late Llewellyn Pyke, including his mother, Sis Persephonie, and siblings, Patricia, Engelbert, Telbert and Sharmaine, of Immanuel.
We also extend condolences to the family of the late Bro. Collins Niles of Anguilla, including his son, Rev’d Dr. Jefferson Niles, and brother, Rev’d. Dr. H. Clifton Niles.
The Thanksgiving Service of the late Sis. Dorris Glasford will be held on Saturday, 6 March 2021 at the Davie United Methodist Church, Florida starting at 10:00 am.
The Thanksgiving Service of the late Bro. Burchell Crooke of Wesley will be held on Thursday, 11 March, 2021 at the Wesley Methodist Church, Seaton St, commencing at 2:00 pm. Viewing will begin at 1:00 pm.
We pray that the peace of Christ will dwell with all who are mourning at this time.
