MCCA MEN’S WEEK OF ACTIVITIES (19 -26 FEBRUARY 2023)

The MCCA Men St. Kitts Commission invites all to share their week of activities as follows:

Sunday, 19 February: Visitation to a home care Institution

Monday, 20 February: Mental Health talk – Ebenezer Methodist Church @ 7:00 p.m.

Tuesday, 21 February: Games Night (Challengers Church Hall @ 7:00 pm)

Sunday, 26 February: MCCA Men Lord’s Day (men are encouraged to play a vital role within the worship service in all eleven (11) congregations)

Sunday, 26 February: Men’s Rally and Recognition Service: Cayon Methodist Church @ 4:30 p.m. (ALL are invited)


(A March of Witness will precede the Rally from Bethesda Moravian Church (Cayon) to the Cayon Methodist Church @ 4:00 p.m.)



EPWORTH/MAURICE HILLIER SCHOOL ANNUAL SPORTS DAY

The EMHMJS will be holding its Annual Sports Day on Wednesday, 15 February 2023 at the Kim Collins Stadium, Bird Rock, starting at 1:00 pm. Come and see the athletes in action and cheer on your favourite house, Go Green! Run Red! Blaze ‘em Blue!



EPWORTH/MAURICE HILLIER SCHOOL REGISTRATION

Parents and Guardians are asked to note that registration for the new Kindergarten class 2023 -2024 at the Epworth/Maurice Hillier Memorial Junior School is open. The Registration fee is $100.00, Non-Refundable. A recent passport sized (half snap) picture, birth certificate or passport, an immunization/Clinic Record for the person being registered, parents’ Identification card, a job letter, proof of address and immigration status for non-nationals must be presented at the time of registration, which ends on 31st March, 2023.



2024 MCCA YOUTH ENCUENTRO APPLICATIONS

Application is now open for persons ages 15-25 years, who are desirous of attending the 2024 MCCA Youth Encuentro. This will be held in Nassau, Bahamas, Monday, 22July to Monday, 29 July 2024.


Application forms for acceptance as a delegate for the St. Kitts Circuit can be collected from the Circuit Office, from your Youth Leader, or Minister from Monday, February 13 2023. All completed applications should be submitted to the Circuit Office, Seaton Street, for the attention of Rev. Stacia Williams-Christmas on or before Friday, 31 March, 2023. Please note that applying does not confirm acceptance to be a delegate.



METHODIST MEDIA TEAM TRAINING SESSION

The Methodist Media Team will be hosting a media training session for persons interested in joining the media team, on Saturday, 4 March2023 at 9:00 am at the Wesley Methodist Church Hall (Old Boy's School). Persons interested in all aspects of media are encouraged to attend, this includes, videography, photography, audio, technical etc. Members of all ages are encouraged to come out and develop a new skill.


Persons can register for the training session by completing the registration form on the circuit website www.skmethodist.org under the media tab, contacting the church office or connecting with members of the media team.



YOUTH AND YOUNG ADULTS COMMISSION PRAISE BREAKFAST - Save the Date!!


It's coming back!! The Youth and Young Adults Commission is reviving the annual Praise Breakfast! Mark your calendars! March 25th 2023! More details and tickets will be available in the coming weeks.
