LID District Theme: “Trusting God Through Difficult Times: Transforming Obstacles into Opportunities”

CHRISTMAS PROGRAMME – EBENEZER

The Ebenezer Methodist Church will host its Christmas Programme this evening, Sunday, 12 December 2021 starting at 6:00 pm. A payment of $10.00 will get you in. Come and enjoy an evening of songs, poems, dance, and drama.



ZONAL CAROL/CANDLELIGHT SERVICES

Zonal Carol/Candlelight Services will take place next Sunday evening, 19 December 2021.


The Zone One Service for St. Johnston, Hope Chapel and Wesley congregations will be held at St. Johnston, commencing at 6:00 p.m.


The Zone Two Service for Challengers, Ebenezer, Phipps Memorial, and Immanuel congregations will be held at Challengers, commencing at 6:30 pm.

The Zone Three Service will be held at Tabernacle for St. Paul’s, K. G. Swanston, Cayon, and Tabernacle congregations, starting at 6.30 p.m.


It is suggested that red, red and white or red and black should be worn, if possible. Bring a candle to sing special Carols by candlelight.



EVENING OF MUSIC, SONG AND DANCE

All are invited to an evening of Music, Song and Dance at the Wesley Methodist Church on Tuesday, 21st December starting at 7:00 pm. Come and enjoy music by well-known artistes that would put you in the Christmas Spirit. The admission is only $20.00, children pay $5.00 at the door. Tickets are available at the Church Office or Harmony Christian Bookstore.



TRIAL SERVICE- BRO KEVINGTON PEMBERTON

All are invited to support Bro. Kevington Pemberton in his 2nd Trial Service which is part of his candidature for the Ministry. The Service takes place on Wednesday, 22 December 2021 at the Immanuel Methodist Church starting at 6:30 pm. All Covid-19 protocols will be observed.



CHRISTMAS CONCERT – ST JOHNSTON

ALL are invited to the St. Johnston Methodist Youth, Young Adults and Children’s Fellowship as they present “Christmas Joy”, on Sunday, 26 December 2021 starting at 4:30 pm. Tickets are $10.00, children pay $5.00 at the door. Come and be blessed.



CIRCUIT ORGAN RECITAL

Please note that the Circuit Organ Recital which was scheduled for 31 October 2021will now be held on 30 January, 2022. Stay tuned for further details.



CONGRATULATIONS AND CELEBRATIONS

We extend birthday and anniversary wishes to all who are celebrating this week. We remind and encourage you to offer thanks to Almighty God for his goodness and mercy throughout the years of your life.


We extend heartiest congratulations to Bro. Uriel Hensley (Phipps Memorial) on being awarded by the St. Kitts and Nevis Police and Fire Retirees Association for his over 37 years of service.



CONDOLENCES AND THANKSGIVING SERVICE

We pray that the peace of Christ will dwell with all who are mourning at this time including:


The family of the late Joseph Morgan, including his mother, Sis. Ellen Morgan (Phipps Memorial), and niece, Sis. Jacqueline Wyatt.


The Memorial Service for the life of the late Sis. Gloria Veira (Wesley) will be held on Monday, 20 December, 2021 at the Wesley Methodist Church, Seaton Street commencing at 5:30 pm.

HARMONY CHRISTIAN BOOKSTORE

Just arrived at Harmony Christian Bookstore are “Our Daily Bread” devotionals for 2022, Christmas Cards, and a wide variety of Christmas Gifts to suit everyone in the family. Also available are a wide variety of study materials and other Christian literature. So, hurry down and do your shopping early. Harmony Christian Bookstore is also open daily, Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or call us at 466-1215.

Methodist Media, the official communications arm of the Methodist Church St. Kitts Circuit, is available to provide services for upcoming circuit and congregational events.


If you would like to consult with the media team for your church event, please contact the church office and complete the Methodist Media request form.


We strongly recommend making your request at least 2 weeks prior to your event date. Note that you will be expected to meet with the media team at least twice prior to your event to ensure all needs are addressed and the media team has all the details needed to adequately support your event.
